Tripoli, Libya 05/04/2021Ain Zara resident Abdel Moala-Abdel Aziz (48yrs) fled his neighborhood in 2019 as conflict raged around his family home. Upon his return Abdel suffered a stroked and has been in a wheelchair. He says the stroke was brought by the shock related to the 2019 conflict.
The Ain Zara district in Tripoli saw the worse of the fighting that raged through Tripoli in 2019. With the humanitarian situation deteriorating most of the residents fled and abadoned both their homes and businesses. Today the former front lines remains much empty and destroyed. Jehad Nga
